AI Consulting

AI consulting helps you decide where AI is useful, what should be automated, which technologies are appropriate, and in what order to implement. Three proposed levels match different stages of readiness.

Problems we solve

  • Unclear where AI would actually help
  • Competing ideas with no prioritization
  • Vendor claims that are hard to evaluate
  • No view of data, integration, or risk requirements

How we approach it

The work, in the order it happens.

  1. Level 1 — AI Discovery and Direction

Business objectives, existing processes, initial AI opportunities, feasibility assessment, and a high-level roadmap.

  2. Level 2 — AI Strategy and Architecture

Workflow and system analysis, use-case prioritization, technology selection, data requirements, integration architecture, risk assessment, and a roadmap.

  3. Level 3 — Advanced AI Systems Consulting

Multi-system architecture, RAG and knowledge-system design, agent architecture, model selection and evaluation, security and access-control considerations, deployment strategy, observability and evaluation planning.

What you receive

Deliverables

  • ✓Written findings and recommendations
  • ✓Prioritized opportunity list
  • ✓Architecture recommendations where applicable
  • ✓Implementation roadmap

With your existing software

Consulting maps which of your systems an AI solution would touch and what that requires. Integrations are designed against your existing tools where technically feasible and where API access and permissions are available. They are scoped per project, not assumed to exist as prebuilt connectors.

Testing and deployment

Recommendations include how success should be evaluated and tested before and after any implementation.

Ongoing support

Consulting can lead into an implementation project, or stand alone. Follow-up advisory time can be agreed.

Delivery process

The same eight phases on every project; the detail changes by service.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, processes, current technology, and desired outcomes.

  2. 02

    Assess

Evaluate feasibility, risks, constraints, data availability, integrations, and approaches.

  3. 03

    Design

Define the architecture, workflow, components, permissions, and implementation plan.

  4. 04

    Build

Implement the agreed solution using suitable technologies.

  5. 05

    Integrate

Connect the solution to existing systems where technically feasible.

  6. 06

    Validate

Test functionality, integration behavior, failure scenarios, and agreed performance criteria.

  7. 07

    Deploy

Deploy to the agreed environment: client-managed, cloud, or another supported arrangement.

  8. 08

    Support

Provide the agreed maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and improvements.

Questions

No. Consulting outputs are usable independently.

Consulting is forward-looking (what to do). An audit examines what exists or what you are ready for.
